We have developed a training portal which enables computer users to get small amounts of training online. This training is specifically designed to solve your operational problem and the training sessions can therefore be short and focussed – often no more than half an hour. The whole process is managed online and you can book a suitable time, or take the training immediately if a trainer is available. This will dramatically improve your efficiency without costing lots of time and money. You simply pay by credit card.

The way it works

The trainer will call you (we pay for the call) and connects to your PC using remoter control software (there is no security risk to your network as it is a temporary connection using high security). The trainer will then work through the specific problem with you on your machine as if they were sitting next to you. When you are done just end the session and carry on with your work. This means maximum efficiency and minimal cost.
